Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resaleable condition.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
